How much will TSE get from selling its remaining Styrenics business segments?

Prati says sell-side expects the sale to be in [$500m, $750m]. He believes it will be in [$1b, $1.4b].

I haven’t done the work to value that side of the business but seeing the valuation multiples at which TSE has managed to buy and sell business in recent years and taking into account the current recessionary fears but also Lanxess’s recent joint venture, I believe the most likely price will be in-between: better than sell-side expects, but not as rosy as Prati believes.
